An ultimate passion project. | An ultimate passion project. Porsche Prestige is currently ongoing a restoration project on a
1962 356. The initial aim was to give back the original color to this 356, Bali blue. The interior also will be replaced by putting its original color and pieces in a light brown pattern.

Most parts, will be replaced by original ones including the engine and transmission, internal body and components, external body as well as structure and chassis. Some of the parts will come directly from Germany, and others from California. Porsche Prestige is a certified Porsche center for Classic restoration and body shop center.

This project is being handled by our Porsche Gold technician and will take up to 6 months to complete.
The 356 is a genuine classic gem from Porsche. Production started in 1948 in Austria, only 50 units came out that year. Production continued from 1950 to 1965 in Germany. It was known for its lightweight and nimble-handling, rear engine and rear-wheel drive at the time.
